Two things, with all due respect. First, I don't know (and I doubt your husband does, either) what a "biker" is anymore. I mean, we used to, but with all the cosplay weekend warriors these days, the term isn't one I use to describe myself anymore. Second, forgetting that, there is no such thing as an "ex-biker." It's not a thing we do, it's the way we live - the values, the perspective, the respect, the freedom and a host of other qualities that, together, uniquely define (or used to) a lifestyle. So, even if he doesn't ride anymore, those things are, or should be, part of who he is. However, that doesn't mean he'd start a parking lot brawl over a third grade bully - but your caution isn't misplaced either. He likely has a very low tolerance for bullshit.
