And, yet, it's there. Not just capital "g" god, but capital male pronouns when referring to that specific deity. I realize it was the convention at the time and that they would say they don't mean anything by it, but that convention is specific to a particular god and too many - way too many - members run with it. It's in NA literature, too. With all the revisions since the originals, that error could have been and should have been addressed. Also, "We Agnostics," isn't a chapter written for the inclusion of agnostics, it written to assure agnostics that their deficiency will solve itself if they just do the program. I'm not here to bash the program, it worked for me, but it was only because I was able to navigate some serious roadblocks to finding a spiritual path that is not based in the supernatural. Those roadblocks do not have to be there for it to work for Christians and other believers in "God," but they are serious obstacles to atheists and true agnostics.
